BIBLE DISTRIBUTION. A Baptist group from Collinsville Alabama is working with us to purchase and distribute 10,000 Bibles to Venezuelan refugees in Colombia. We will also distribute Bibles in evangelistic events on the border at Cucuta. And we will be able to send Bibles into Venezuela for distribution in 5 different states.
MEDICAL AND VISION PROJECTS
We will host a team from St. Lukes Nursing School of Kansas City. Students and faculty will operate a clinic for needy Bogotanos. They will also participate in educational events with Colombian hospitals. A vision team will provide a vision care clinic for the distribution of eyeglasses in June. And a medical team from Mercy and Truth will do a medical project in August.
LOVE WORKS CONFERENCE
Pastors Gregory and Jackie Pope will present a "Love Works... Always" Conference based on their book in Bogota June 8 - 15, 2019. The training will be presented to a special group of pastors and leaders from Venezuela. Following the conference, the leaders will participate in a planning session with the goal of proposing projects and evangelism events for Venezuela in 2020.
EVANGELISM AND HEALING CAMPAIGNS
John was asked recently to preach evangelistic services at Iglesia Cristiana de Colombia. He plans to regularly preach evangelism and healing campaigns in Colombia. He is believing that he will be teaching and preaching in Venezuela in November and December of this year.
